RED 3 Pro Touch Device Registration
To register your RED 3 device, go to the “Device Registration Page” and fill out the Registration Form. After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email with your registration details.
If you spot any errors in the confirmation email, please email us at support@red3Light.com, and we’ll correct it promptly.

Warranty Terms
◉ Standard 2-Year Warranty: Applies to RED 3 Devices and Red Light Compression Wraps. Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two years from the original purchase date. RED 3 will repair or replace defective products with new or refurbished parts if a valid claim is made within the warranty period.
◉ Lifetime Warranty: Available for RED 3 Devices with a VIP Card. Covers the battery, channel ports, buttons, and device integrity under normal use. Does not cover accidental damage such as screen damage, surface stone damage, charging port damage, water damage, or loss.
Additional Information
◉ Replacement: Devices will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent one.
◉ Excluded: Accidental damage such as screen damage, surface stone damage, charging port damage, and water damage.
◉ Processing Fee: A nominal fee may apply to warranty claims.
◉ Warranty Coverage: Applies to the US and Canada only. For other countries, we’ll assist with replacements as best as possible. Contact us via email for solutions.
◉ Shipping Charges: Shipping may apply for warranty services outside the US, including Canada. Most US claims have free shipping with a standard delivery window of 1-2 weeks. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge.
Avoiding Counterfeits
To ensure you’re purchasing a genuine RED 3 device, buy only from authorized RED 3 retailers. Avoid counterfeit products and unauthorized sellers who misuse our logo and images. These items are not FDA-approved and may pose health risks.
Counterfeit Purchases: Our warranty does not cover products from unauthorized dealers. Such purchases may also expose you to risks like credit card fraud and identity theft. Avoid buying from platforms like Amazon, eBay, or other third-party sites.
Legitimate Retailers: Only www.red3Light.com and its associated URLs are official RED 3 online stores. Contact us at support@red3Light.com if you’re unsure about a website or product.
If You’ve Purchased a Counterfeit Product: Report the website to us at support@red3Light.com. We will address the issue and help you recover your money. Dispute charges with your bank or credit card company, providing proof of purchase and attempts to return the counterfeit product.
Finding Authentic RED 3 Products: Genuine RED 3 products are available at red3Light.com and through authorized retailers. For help finding an authorized retailer, email us at support@red3Light.com.
Fraudulent Ads and Listings: Be wary of ads on eBay, Facebook, and Instagram offering unauthorized RED 3 products. Report any fraudulent ads to us at support@red3Light.com with screenshots and domain information to help us remove them.
