Refund and Cancellation
At RED 3 Light, we recognize that purchasing our products is a significant investment, so we've designed our return policy to be fair and accommodating.
Purchases from Trade Shows, Mall Kiosks, or Retail Stores: Products bought from trade shows, mall kiosks, or retail stores are managed by the individual retailers. For returns or refunds, please contact the retailer directly using the contact details on your receipt. As the manufacturer, we are here to assist with any service or support needs to ensure a positive experience.
Purchases from www.red3Light.com: We accept returns for products purchased directly from www.red3Light.com under specific conditions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@red3Light.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement and cover return shipping costs if needed.
Return Conditions:
New, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible for return: Unopened RED 3 Light branded products within 30 days, provided they are in original condition.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
Opened or used items, personal protective equipment (PPE), and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
If an order includes a promotion (e.g., gift with purchase, discount, or free shipping), the value of the promotion will be deducted from your refund. Promotional gifts must also be returned to avoid deductions from your refund.
Returns Beyond 30 Days:
Returns received after 30 days may be denied, partially refunded, or converted to store credit. Please email support@red3Light.com to check your eligibility before returning the product. Clearance items are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, email support@red3Light.com with your name, order number, items to be returned, and the reason for the return. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to some products.
Returns After 30 Days:
For returns beyond 30 days, only exchanges or store credit will be offered. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned items and notify you of the return status via email. A restocking fee may apply.
Refunds:
Approved returns will result in a credit applied to your original payment method. This policy is applicable only to purchases made through www.red3Light.com.
Purchases from www.red3Light.com Products:
These items, being undergarments, can only be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if they are new, unopened, and include all tags and packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Cancellations:
Once an order is processed through our website, it cannot be canceled. If you choose not to proceed with your order, please contact support@red3Light.com. The order will be handled as a return under our policy and may experience delays. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
International Customers:
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made once the order is processed.
We cannot guarantee delivery once an item leaves the US. If an item is returned to us as “unclaimed,” “address incorrect,” or for any other reason beyond our control, shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional international shipping charges will apply to reship the item. Please email us before placing an international order to avoid any issues.
Buyers are also responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and communications with local authorities and delivery services.
