RED 3 Light™ Pro Recovery Mat

RED 3 Light™ ERCON Full Body Red Light Sauna Blanket

660nm Red Light + 850nm Near-Infrared Light

Post-Workout Recovery • High-Intensity Training • Pro Athlete Performance • Full-Body Home Wellness

Take your recovery routine beyond the gym with the RED 3 Light™ ERCON Full Body Red Light Sauna Blanket—a full-body red and near-infrared light system designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and active individuals who want convenient, targeted wellness technology at home.

The ERCON combines 660nm red light with 850nm near-infrared (NIR) light across a large full-body treatment area. Instead of treating one small area at a time, the blanket-style design surrounds the body with light, creating a comfortable environment for relaxing after demanding workouts, training sessions, competition, travel, or long days of physical activity.

Dual-Wavelength 660nm + 850nm Technology

The RED 3 Light™ ERCON combines two complementary wavelengths commonly used in photobiomodulation applications.

660nm Red Light is a visible red wavelength designed to deliver light primarily to more superficial tissues. It provides the distinctive red illumination you see when the ERCON is operating.

850nm Near-Infrared Light is largely invisible to the human eye and penetrates more deeply than visible red light. Combining red and near-infrared wavelengths allows the ERCON to provide a broader full-body light-therapy experience than a single-wavelength system.

Built for Post-Workout Recovery

Hard training doesn't end when the workout ends. Recovery is an important part of maintaining an active lifestyle and preparing for your next session.

The RED 3 Light™ ERCON is designed to fit naturally into a post-workout recovery routine. After weight training, running, cycling, sports, high-intensity interval training, or other strenuous activity, simply settle into the blanket and enjoy a full-body red and near-infrared light session while you relax.

There's no need to continually reposition a handheld device from one muscle group to another. The large treatment area allows you to expose multiple areas of the body during the same session.

Designed for High-Intensity Training

High-intensity training can place demands on multiple muscle groups at the same time. That's exactly where a full-body system makes sense.

The ERCON is designed for people participating in strength training, bodybuilding, CrossFit-style workouts, HIIT, endurance training, running, cycling, combat sports, action sports, competitive athletics, and demanding recreational activities.

Instead of focusing solely on one knee, shoulder, elbow, or muscle group, the full-body format provides a convenient way to incorporate light therapy into a comprehensive recovery routine.

Pro Athlete Inspired. Made for Home Use.

Professional athletes have access to sophisticated recovery equipment, specialized facilities, and dedicated recovery programs. RED 3 Light™ brings a more convenient approach to the home.

The ERCON Full Body Red Light Sauna Blanket is designed to give athletes and active adults an easy way to incorporate red and near-infrared light into their regular wellness routine without requiring a dedicated treatment room or large standing light panel.

Train hard. Come home. Recover on your schedule.

Full-Body Coverage

One of the biggest advantages of the RED 3 Light™ ERCON is its large treatment area.

Traditional handheld red-light devices are excellent for targeting individual areas, but treating multiple areas can require repeated positioning. The ERCON's blanket-style configuration is designed to provide simultaneous exposure across a much larger portion of the body.

That makes it particularly convenient after workouts involving the legs, back, shoulders, arms, core, and multiple major muscle groups.

Close-to-the-Body Light Delivery

The blanket design positions its light-producing surface close to the body.

Unlike a traditional red-light panel that may require you to sit or stand a specified distance away, ERCON surrounds the user with its light source. This close positioning creates an immersive red and near-infrared light experience while allowing you to lie down and relax.

Recovery Without Leaving Home

Recovery should fit your schedule—not the other way around.

With the RED 3 Light™ ERCON, your recovery environment is at home. There's no appointment to schedule, no drive to a recovery center, and no waiting for equipment.

Set up your ERCON, select your desired settings according to the operating instructions, get comfortable, and make your session part of your regular post-training routine.

More Than an Athlete's Device

You don't have to compete professionally to take recovery seriously.

The RED 3 Light™ ERCON is designed for professional and competitive athletes, fitness enthusiasts, weightlifters, runners, cyclists, action-sports athletes, weekend warriors, active adults, and anyone looking to incorporate full-body red and near-infrared light into their wellness routine.

Whether you train every day or simply want to stay active, ERCON provides a convenient full-body approach.

A New Kind of Recovery Routine

Your workout is only one part of your performance routine.

Training, nutrition, hydration, rest, sleep, and recovery all matter. The RED 3 Light™ ERCON is designed to complement—not replace—those fundamentals by giving you another convenient wellness tool to incorporate into your routine.

Use your session as an opportunity to slow down after training, relax, and transition from performance mode into recovery mode.

Why Choose the RED 3 Light™ ERCON?

The ERCON brings together 660nm red light, 850nm near-infrared light, full-body coverage, close-to-body illumination, adjustable electronic controls, a portable blanket-style design, and convenient home use in one integrated system.

It eliminates the need to stand in front of a large panel and reduces the need to move a smaller device repeatedly from one area of the body to another.
